The Beaumes de Venise Muscat wine has a robe going from pale yellow to golden yellow, with frank, deep, brilliant tints. To the nose, they are powerful, rich and elegant, with aromas of mango, litchi, peach, apricot, honey and flowers.
In the mouth, they are well-balanced with a long, rich, intense aromatic finish.
Freshness in the wine prevails over sweetness. They are to be served chilled (8-10°C). Perfect as an aperitif, they also go extremely well with foie gras, chocolate desserts, nougat glacé and cantaloupe from Provence.
Served at a temperature between 12-14°C, they can also be enjoyed with blue-veined cheeses. Some rich and complex Muscat wines are able to age for many years.

To the nose, aromas of red and black fruit highlighted with touches of spice.
In the mouth, it is well-balanced with silky tannins, a peppery finish with an animal touch.

The ideal serving temperature is 16° C.
They enhance all sorts of stews.
They can also be enjoyed with braised or grilled beef, as well as pigeon pastilla or fowl.
