SAINT AMANT is a “mountain” estate located in the heart of the Dentelles de Montmirail, half red wine (Beames de Venise) and half white wine (Viognier). Its modern cellar is found underground at an altitude of 550 metres. The estate concentrates its attention on perfection throughout all the steps of production: natural farming methods, manual picking of the grapes with sorting in the vines, carefully elaborated vinification, and delicate bottling.
